The Spanish Peaks and the town of La Veta, CO. The brightest star, near the center, is Sirius. Orion is also clearly visible up and to the right of Sirius, look for the distinctive belt and the bright orange Betelgeuse which marks Orion's raised arm. The band of the Milky Way is faintly visible in the center of the frame, it's not very bright because this view is looking away from the galactic core, directly out into intergalactic space.
